In order for you to avail of this unconditional guarantee you need to do the following:
1. Call Dreamstar Direct on our Toll Free: - --- --- ---- line during regular Business Hours
2. wait to be served by one of our highly accomplished Service Reps
3. describe in fine detail any or all relevant concerns that you might have about your purchased article. Most common concerns can be easily addressed over the phone, saving you valuable time, trouble and expense of returning your purchase
4. note down or print the R.M.A. Number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) provided by the Service Representative
5. carefully repack the article in question, alongwith any or all accessories that accompanied your purchase as well as any FREE GIFT/s and Promotional Items that accompanoied your purchase
6. ship it back to the original purchase address (Insured Parcel, with Tracking), Return Postage Pre-paid
7. allow sufficient time for the item to be delivered to our facilities
8. keep Proof of Shipment in a safe place, in case the article does not reach us in time
9. allow 5 working days (after receipt in our facilities) for your article to be shipped back and additional time for transit

In case of discontinued models, we reserve the right to either repair your article at no cost to you or replace the same with a similar article, within 5 working days.
In case you bought the article in question from one of our physical retail locations, please arrange to send it back, alongwith all its original packaging material/s, accessories, instruction manual/s, and any or all FREE GIFTS that accompanied the article in question when you originally purchased it from Dreamstar Direct. The article must be returned to the ORIGINAL PURCHASE LOCATION, alongwith the original purchase receipt, failing which, an ordinate delay might occur. The management will not hold itself liable for the resultant delay, under any circumstances.
Dreamstar Direct does not hold itself liable for goods damaged and or parts missing in transit (while being returned for any reason). It is strongly recommended that you save all packaging materials when you receive your purchase from Dreamstar Direct. This will help prevent any damage, if you need to return the article at a later date.
For our valued 'On-line' customers, we offer the same return or exchange policy provided Return Shipping address is a physical address since most courier companies DO NOT accept packages for P.O. Box addresses. Any contravention of this policy may result in your not receiving the article in-time or you might not get it altogether. The management of Dreamstar does not hold itself responsible for the resultant delay or loss.
For our valued international customers, we offer the same policy as above but any returned articles must be accompanied by our original invoice and the Way Bill must be clearly marked "PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED ARTICLE BEING RETURNED FOR REPAIR/REPLACEMENT UNDER WARRANTEE".
In case of your failure to put the above note on the Way, Bill Dreamstar will be assessed an Import Duty, in addition to Brokerage Fees and the same will be charged to the customer's account. Failure on your part to pay the same, immediately upon intimation from Dreamstar, will result in your article being withheld until outstanding dues have been cleared.
